Neuropathy Screening
What it is
Neuropathy Screening
Neuropathy is a condition that affects the nerves and can interfere with how your body communicates sensations such as touch, temperature and pain. It commonly causes symptoms in the hands and feet and may progress over time if not evaluated.
Many patients ignore the first signs — pins and needles, burning at night, weakness or loss of balance — until they begin to worsen. Neuropathy often does not improve on its own, and early evaluation can provide clarity and direction.
