Hip Pain
Understanding hip pain
Hip pain can be felt in the groin, on the outside of the hip, in the buttock or even down the thigh. It can make walking, climbing stairs, sitting or sleeping uncomfortable.
Sometimes the problem is in the hip joint itself, such as arthritis. Other times it comes from irritated tendons, tight muscles or the lower back and pelvis.
An evaluation helps identify where the pain may be coming from so your plan targets the right area.
